This was reported by presidential press secretary Svyatoslav Tsegolko on Twitter.

“The President called the behavior of People’s Deputy Goncharenko unacceptable and such that it does not reflect the position of the faction,” Tsegolko wrote.

This happened after in Germany itself Goncharenko’s act was called “inappropriate.”
