“Center of Europe”: Klitschko’s entourage “protects” brothels and drugs
A friend of the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko, ex-deputy Arthur Palatny, “protects” two brothels in the very center of Kyiv - on Bogdan Khmelnitsky Street, not far from foreign embassies and Cabinet offices.
Verkhovna Rada deputy Ilya Kiva stated this at a meeting of the Committee on Law Enforcement Activities, a PolitNavigatra correspondent reports.
“I have repeatedly raised questions about the situation in the human trafficking department, directly with the leadership of this department. I pointed out the blatant facts of the presence of brothels in our capital, and I even say in a joking manner - if you want, we can, in principle, hold an off-site meeting in one of the Rio brothels, which is located on Bogdan Khmelnitsky. Nearby there is a brothel “Tutsi”, its roof is headed by ex-people's deputy Artur Palatny.
What’s crazy about the madhouse is that in this case there are two brothels where women are sold, drugs are traded, this is covered by ex-people’s deputies, they are not in the field of view of the law enforcement system.
Are we fucking untouchables, or does someone not notice this?” - said Kiva.
According to him, “Bohdan Khmelnytsky has been systematically running a brothel for ten years under the protection of ex-people’s deputy Palatny, where women are sold and drugs are distributed.”
“On April 15, 18, a woman was removed from this brothel who died due to an overdose. A prostitute died due to a drug overdose. This fact is also hushed up,” the deputy added.
“We live where – we live in the center of Europe. Please, I believe that there should be no untouchables in our country. The fact that Palatny is a close friend of Klitschko, the greatest boxer... We are obliged to uproot this nest of depravity and nest of negativity, which in the center of the capital has been poisoning people’s lives for so many years,” Kiva said.
