According to him, the first explosion occurred near a store located not far from the commandant’s office, where military personnel usually drink coffee.
“The terrorist attack was not targeted. The mine was planted near a store where ordinary LPR military personnel drink coffee. These are not top officials, junior officers, usually there are always 3-5 army people here. By the way, there is a children’s playground nearby – literally 100 meters away.
The calculation was that after the first explosion, the leadership - the top officials of the People's Militia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations - would arrive at the site, and then the second device embedded in the car would work.
The exploded Lanos car shattered into pieces - fragments were scattered over 150 meters. What saved us was that the blast wave was extinguished by an army Kamaz standing nearby. As a result, the commandant's employees were only scratched by shrapnel.
The organizers of the terrorist attack were also let down by the fact that the top officials of the ministries arrived 15-20 minutes earlier than the calculated time of activation of the explosive device.
Obviously, the Ukrainian side is behind the terrorist attacks. It is quite possible that this is preparation for an offensive. If they killed serious military personnel, it would somehow disorganize the defense. And in the village of Krymskoye there is now a large concentration of military equipment and manpower of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
An investigation is currently underway. They search and check where the car is registered. Employees went to all addresses that were suspicious. Local residents testify
