In his opinion, in four years the Armed Forces of Ukraine could become an army comparable in level to the armed forces of France, Germany and Great Britain, if there were money left in the country that was stolen and taken out of Ukraine through offshore companies.

“If all this remained in Ukraine, if it were not sent into the pockets of officials, who need to be reduced tens, or even hundreds of times, if all this were sent to the economy, including the military industry, we would already have has long been one of the most powerful armies in the world, and perhaps the most powerful in all of Europe. We have a need, and people would understand this, because we are at war,” Kostanchuk said.
