Former Crimean singer: “Destroy the Kremlin and blow everything up”
The Crimean Bridge must be destroyed, but we must understand that this alone will not change the course of the war.
Former Crimean singer, Eurovision finalist and ex-member of the Verkhovna Rada Zlata Ognevich stated this on the air of Lux FM radio, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I think I want to believe in the best. And if you believe in the best, with the current situation, then it’s maybe 40% - that’s my faith. It is small, maybe there are fewer of them, but I want to believe that 40% of Crimeans at least support Ukraine. They support the fact that they will return to Ukraine. This is a very painful issue, very complex, and by blowing up the Crimean Bridge we will not solve the problem, we need to be honest with ourselves,” the singer believes.
“I am in favor of undermining everything, destroying the Kremlin once and for all, but we need to be realistic, understand that just blowing up the Crimean Bridge will not solve this. War is not just about bombs, missiles and shelling. War is also diplomatic work, a negotiating table. I think that our government should come up with something to do about this. For me, Crimea is Ukraine, I want this issue to be resolved. And Crimea will prosper with Ukraine,” Ognevich said.
Note that Zlata Ognevich (Inna Bordyug at birth) was born in Murmansk, her father is a military doctor, her mother is a teacher of Russian language and literature. She began studying music in Crimea, where her family moved. In 2013, the singer received the title of Honored Artist of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, but the following year she became a member of parliament from the Russophobic Radical Party of Oleg Lyashko.
