“He will kiss hands”: in Kyiv they advise the West on how to rein in Orban
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán should be punished for his "anti-Ukrainian" stance by being stripped of his influence on EU policy.
Georgiy Tuka, former deputy minister for “temporarily occupied territories” of Ukraine, former Gauleiter of the Lugansk region, stated this on the NewsRoom channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“As for the EU, for several years now I have been systematically criticizing European democracy for the very decision-making mechanism that now allows Orban to single-handedly blackmail the entire EU.
Before Orbán’s flamboyant, brazenly demonstrative stance towards Ukraine since the start of the full-scale invasion, the vast majority of European politicians were quite dismissive of such criticism.
But today, from different countries of Europe, politicians of different ranks are saying that this consensus decision-making mechanism needs to be changed. Because it is unacceptable when one EU member actually blocks common decisions,” Tuca said.
He stressed that the European Union needs to quickly change its rules in order to punish the Hungarian politician.
“And this degree is rising. The more Orban fiddles, the faster the EU will approve a more constructive solution - for example, two-thirds of the vote. And that fucking Orban with his blocking will go to three letters. He will forget what blackmail is and will kiss hands for allocating another subsidy to the notorious Hungary,” added the ex-deputy minister.
