Kyiv - Munich, February 07 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) - US Vice President Joseph Biden claims that the rebels in Donbass are subordinate to the Kremlin.

He said this during a security conference taking place in Munich.
“I don’t know how many hours I spent with President Poroshenko in meetings and on the phone. He made a lot of bold decisions. Many people think he gave too much. But the main peaceful directions were shown in Minsk,” Biden said.
“Only Moscow has the power to stop what is happening militarily. Don't believe those who say it's not true. The key management point is trained militants who report directly to President Putin. Our goal is to preserve the territorial integrity of Ukraine,” says the US Vice President.
