Since his neighbor has pro-Ukrainian political views, he has threatened his neighbor with physical violence more than once; the caller, fearing for the life and health of family members, contacted the hotline.
The caller said that his neighbor received weapons from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“Knowing that moonshine was being illegally produced at this address, two servicemen VCh-2749, while intoxicated, came to citizen M. with a request to borrow booze until payday. Makarov pistols and 9x18 mm ammunition in the amount of 16 pieces were left as collateral. To this day, the military personnel have not shown up to “buy back” the pledged weapons,” the DPR law enforcement hotline reported.
As PolitNavigator reported, British media outlets are writing that alcoholism in the Ukrainian Armed Forces has reached epidemic levels.
