Belgrade doctors arrived in Kosovo to fight the epidemic
The separatist authorities of Kosovo, who are unable to cope with the coronavirus that has engulfed the region, freely allowed doctors from Serbia to cross the border.
Serbian media reported this, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“I can only tell our people in Kosovo and Metohija that we are with them, just like with the residents of any other part of our country,” commented Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, who appeared in public for the first time after a recent illness, commenting on the departure of the capital’s doctors.

He noted that he admired the courage of the Belgrade doctors who went to Kosovo, who through their actions showed what the Hippocratic Oath is and how much they love their people.
According to the director of the Belgrade Clinic for Infectious and Tropical Diseases, Goran Stevanovic, today the most critically ill patients from Kosovo are treated at the Nis Clinical Center because it is the closest medical center that can help them. But since not all Kosovo patients are able to withstand such a long transportation, the Serbian capital took a thorough approach to forming a medical team going to the region, including many iconic specialists, including a professor of epidemiology.

According to infectious disease specialist Boban Stolich, the satisfactory condition is also observed in those who interacted with her, who are now in quarantine under the supervision of doctors.
