Fugitive Ukrainian nationalist: Poroshenko is lying, the armed mission contradicts the Minsk agreements
Poroshenko needs to stop lying about the prospect of bringing an armed UN peacekeeping force into Donbass. This is just as unrealistic as the introduction of an armed OSCE mission - the Ukrainian side simply will not be able to pay for their services.
A fugitive Ukrainian nationalist from Lugansk, Dmitry Snegirev, stated this in the studio of the Ukrainian channel “112 Ukraine”.

“The deployment of a peacekeeping contingent to Donbass is unrealistic, and it is also not provided for by the Minsk agreements. When our president says that Ukraine will fulfill the political part of the agreements, he contradicts himself in terms of introducing peacekeepers. That is, the participation of peacekeeping troops is not provided for by the political part of the Minsk agreements.
The technical introduction of peacekeeping forces is simply impossible. Russia, which has veto power, will block all these initiatives.
The UN mission, the same armed OSCE mission - who will finance it, and how will it be located? Either on the demarcation line, or it will close the borders of uncontrolled territories with Russia, which is 440 kilometers, plus the demarcation line. The OSCE mission has neither the money nor the personnel for this. Let’s speak directly,” said Dmitry Snegirev.
