The authors of the demand for special status for Odessa should be arrested, - political scientist
Kyiv, September 19 (PolitNavigator, Kirill Boyarin) – Deputies and social activists, the authors of an open letter demanding special status for Odessa following the example of Donetsk and Lugansk, should be immediately arrested for separatism.
Kiev political scientist Alexander Paliy told PolitNavigator about this.

“I think that these Odessa deputies should be immediately imprisoned for separatism,” he said.
“Their statements have no potential, because if they want to destroy their city and get what the residents of Donbass received as a result of this pro-Russian adventure, get destroyed homes, cut off gas, electricity and thousands of victims, then they can say this. But it seems to me that Odessa residents are smart enough to immediately react as they should,” says the Ukrainian political scientist.
On the eve of the demand for special status in Odessa, a statement was issued by the "May 2 Committee ," which unites Odessa activists, as well as deputies of the regional and city councils - Oleksiy Alba, Oleksandr Vasiliev, Vadym Savenko, and others.
