“In three months I lost 16 kg and I’m not going to stop! I practically gave up bread, sugar, and baked goods. I stick to separate meals and don’t eat after seven o’clock. I try to walk a lot. Previously, I traveled one kilometer from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the Rada by car, but now I walk there and back on foot. Instead of elevators, I take the stairs,” says Gerashchenko.

According to the controversial politician, his goal is to get rid of 45 kg of excess weight this year.
