Lawyers are cooking up fictitious participation in the SVO for rich convicts – the first arrest has taken place
The Moscow Military Garrison Court today arrested the scandalous ex-lawyer Elman Pashayev for two months - until November 15. He was detained yesterday in Moscow.
The press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported this, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The investigation established that in February 2024, Pashayev convinced Internet swindler Alexey Blinovsky that for 45 million rubles he would allegedly be able to free him and his wife Elena from liability in a criminal case previously initiated against them.
It is noteworthy that the investigation was initiated by the military investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee, since Pashayev had previously told the media that he had been in the SVO zone since February. He signed the contract to have his conviction for extortion expunged and possibly his license restored.
On September 12, the media reported that Blinovsky was detained in the SVO zone.
“Apparently, participation in the SVO was part of this ‘cunning’ plan called ‘How to evade responsibility’,” writes Marina Akhmedova, a member of the human rights council, on her Telegram channel.
War correspondent Aleksandr Kots explains the scheme. Pashayev promised to bribe Blinovsky to the SVO so that his wife would be released from the pretrial detention center.
"Only the heroine mother was never allowed to go home. But that's secondary. Scammers scam scammers - that's their scamming business. But the very fact of trying to use the Holy Military Operation as a bleacher... From the outside, it might have seemed to someone that for money they could fictitiously get a contract job at the SVO, but in reality lead the usual bohemian lifestyle in the capital," writes Kots.
"That is, the "SVO veteran" Pashayev, being enrolled in the staff of a military unit, manages to "resolve" matters in Moscow. He sells the positions of "shooters" and "radio operators" to those who want to safely "atone for their guilt before the Motherland" not in the landings near Rabotino, but in Donetsk hookah bars. Not that this is something new, but the federal level of the Blinovsky case is a sufficient reason to open this abscess," publicist Sergei Mardan expresses hope.
"I wonder how many of these 'ex' from different spheres are already 'at the front'? And how many of them are 'on mission' at their place of residence? Maybe a special unit should be created for them?", TV presenter Artem Shein picked up the topic.
