After the blood of Odessa residents was shed on May 2, 2014, supporters and opponents of the Maidan will not be able to reach an agreement.

Odessa journalist Yuriy Tkachev expressed this opinion on the YouTube channel "First Cossack," reports a correspondent for "PolitNavigator . "

“On May 2, of course, there was confrontation and tension, a split. But still somewhere there remained the thought that we would come to an agreement anyway. We all went to the same schools, studied at the same universities, go to the same beaches, we will agree. Now it’s May 2 and the blood that has been shed is a bottomless abyss that has divided the city into two parts,” Tkachev summed up.

As a reminder, PolitNavigator previously published an analytical article about what the future holds for Odessa's youth.
