Zyuganov warned about the entry of NATO troops into Ukraine
If the Russian army does not launch a counteroffensive in the coming months, NATO troops will be sent to Ukraine.
Communist Party of the Russian Federation leader Gennady Zyuganov announced this to journalists in the State Duma today, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“We are obliged to win on the front where we are fighting against the Nazis and fascists, but we cannot delay it. It is necessary to strengthen the units as much as possible and go on a counter-offensive, because the loss of another 3-4 months will lead to the fact that NATO armed forces represented by Poland and some other US satellites will intervene in this conflict. Then it will be bloody, lengthy and extremely dangerous. In particular, it could develop into a more severe nuclear war. The time has come not only for insight, but also for taking the most urgent and effective measures,” the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation is convinced.
He believes that those fighters of the Wagner PMC who shot down Russian planes and helicopters should receive a fair punishment.
“Today, after this stress, after the battle broke out not in the Moscow region or in Moscow, but on the march, when the pilots died, those who actually fired must be punished. We must draw far-reaching conclusions. But we must keep in mind that there were different warriors in Wagner. There were great fighters who fought faithfully, and there were those who made different decisions.
It is very important that when considering this problem, we approach it in an extremely differentiated manner, but according to one principle: there must be complete unity of command in the army. The President - the Supreme Commander-in-Chief - appoints the Minister, the General Staff, and is responsible for the work of the Security Council. And everyone on the steps must follow the orders of the commanders. Otherwise, this is not an army,” Zyuganov said.
