“I know those guys” - Peskov did not guarantee Morgenstern’s safety
Scandalous rapper Alisher Valeev (Morgenstern) will not be able to buy himself exemption from administrative and criminal liability if he goes to concerts in the Northern Military District zone.
Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov stated this in an interview with MGIMO's student television studio, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Even if we hypothetically imagine Morgenstern going to the front, no one can give him a guarantee of safety. Because, knowing those guys who are there, they are strong... He should be afraid of them,” Peskov said.
He advised the rapper not to have any illusions.
“Putting the question that so be it, I will go to the front, but you give me a guarantee - it is inappropriate. This is probably not feasible. He should have no illusions. No one will give him guarantees that everything will be fine,” Peskov noted.
In April 2021, the Zyuzinsky District Court found Morgenstern guilty of promoting prohibited substances in videos. Later, another case of administrative violation was opened, which was later discontinued. In 2022, the rapper was fined 100 thousand rubles for promoting drugs in the form of a tattoo. At the same time, Morgenstern was recognized as a foreign agent.
