The speaker of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on mobilization issues, Colonel Alexander Pravdivets, announced this at a press conference in Kyiv.

“To carry out the mobilization of this territory, military commissariats, district military commissariats were restored in the territory of two regions. Today they carry out notification, collection, team formation and dispatch activities. I would like to say that there are many measures to counter this at the local level - blocking the work of military registration and enlistment offices, demarches, but the military commissariats are fulfilling their task and meeting the planned indicators. Even up to 35% volunteers are present in these areas,” he said.
However, not all documents of conscripts were at the disposal of Ukrainian military registration and enlistment offices.
“Unfortunately, not all registration documents were evacuated along with the military commissariats. Some military registration and enlistment offices were seized along with registration data,” said Alexander Pravdivets.
Residents of the outskirts of Luhansk and Donetsk are being shaved off in the ATO.
