“Living in a new way”: On Poroshenko’s “personnel bench” there are only mothball figures
Kyiv, September 11 (PolitNavigator, Yuriy Kovalchuk) – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko appointed Verkhovna Rada deputy from the UDAR party Andrey Putilov as chairman of the Kherson Regional State Administration.

Previously, Putilov was a deputy of the Kherson City Council. During the election campaign in 2012, he was accused by his competitors of bribing voters and collecting information about the electorate. Putilov distributed food packages, and the process of transferring rations took place with the mandatory registration of voters’ personal data, rivals assured.
Throughout his career as a people's deputy, he was repeatedly reproached by the Kherson press for indifference to the problems of the city. During his two years in the Verkhovna Rada, the deputy practically did not appear in his constituency and did not meet with voters.
Putilov was also repeatedly accused of illegal trade in ferrous metal, although not a single criminal case was brought against the deputy.
