Volunteer complaints: Ukrainians are donating less and less to the Armed Forces of Ukraine
In Ukraine, there are fewer and fewer people willing to help the army with money, and therefore volunteers have to resort to all sorts of tricks.
This was stated by Irina Guk, head of the Ukrainian volunteer foundation Leleka Foundation, which provides assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

She complained about the difficulties that arise today in raising funds.
“It’s a little annoying, of course, that sometimes you have to come up with something. My colleagues held some kind of festival there, some master classes. We need to come up with some kind of entertainment in order to attract 100 thousand hryvnia. Let's just say it's harder to fight for this money. On the other hand, it works like this, which means we adapt to reality and come up with something,” the volunteer told the anti-Russian propaganda publication Novoye Vremya.
She remembers the spring of 2022 and says that then “for some reason there was no need to entertain anyone, bake pies, make pots to raise money for something.”
“It’s not about all the money running out. This is precisely about the fact that people have lost fear. Of course, in Kyiv in the spring of 2022, it was little clear what would happen to the city tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. And now they think that everything is over, Kyiv is safe. Well, I don’t know, I don’t know...”, summed up Hooke.
