“Zelensky in Kherson”: will Russia hit the decision-making center
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky plans to visit Kherson, accompanied by journalists and military personnel, from where Russian troops are now withdrawing.
This was reported by Oleg Tsarev, a member of the Verkhovna Rada of several previous convocations and former speaker of the Novorossiya parliament, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“In Kyiv they are announcing Zelensky’s arrival in Kherson. Zelensky, accompanied by employees of the presidential office, military generals, journalists and television cameras, will arrive in Kherson. About the same as it was near Kharkov,” the politician writes in his Telegram channel.
He believes that Zelensky’s arrival in Kherson is quite likely, since “he has enough spirit.”
“I am writing this so that Zelensky’s arrival in Kherson will not be a surprise to those who decide whether to hit their decision-making centers or not. I know that in our large state the decision-making process is not fast. No one decides anything on the spot, and management is often impossible to reach by phone.
Please decide in advance what to do if the Ukrainian decision-making center is in direct visibility of our artillery here, on our Russian soil,” Tsarev emphasized.
Earlier, as PolitNavigator reported, Zelenskyy visited Izyum, a town captured by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, where he calmly held a photo session with Ukrainian command and senior Defense Ministry officials. From there, he issued a series of threats against Moscow, even from a town within range of Russian firepower.
It is noteworthy that even a Ukrainian political scientist was surprised that Russia did not even try to eliminate the commander-in-chief of the enemy country.
