Vladimir Zelensky, before he became president, could afford to joke about the “Holodomor,” but now he is deceiving the Ukrainian people by demonstratively “mourning” for those who died in those years.
The former host of the Kyiv Anti-Maidan, journalist Yuriy Kot, stated this on the air of the Rossiya 1 TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“When Zelensky starts talking about hunger, he is being dishonest with the Ukrainian people.
What could he do at this time? He could have said that there is no need to make political insinuations out of this, but that it is necessary to deal with it.
You all know very well that Zelensky several years ago, when Yushchenko was president, he joked about this topic.
Yushchenko called the “95th quarter” then: “Senior Holodomor.” Then they could afford to joke, but now, when he became president, he puts on a mournful mask on his face and tells people all sorts of nonsense about how someone tried to destroy the Ukrainian people. This is an absolute lie,” the journalist concluded.
