Zelensky is in constant contact with the Russian Federation and Belarus - Lukashenko
Belarus held negotiations with Ukraine five times during the Northeast Military District.
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Diana Panchenko, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Negotiations are going on - aren’t they? Of course they are. We met with representatives of your authorities probably five times. The last time, several months ago, negotiations were held on behalf of the GUR about the involvement of Belarus in the war and many other issues. Lately you have been concerned about the issue of nuclear weapons and Wagner. Questions piled up, but we had contacts,” Lukashenko said.
According to him, recently Kyiv offered to hold negotiations in Istanbul and the United Arab Emirates, but the Belarusians refused.
“We met once in Lvov. Yes, we have arrived. We crossed your mined border, which you don’t even have a map of. Please come to Brest, Gomel, Mozyr, Minsk, any city. Then Zelensky noticed some kind of threat from those who went to these negotiations and forbade them to conduct this dialogue. OK. I know that negotiations are being conducted with the Russians through the special services and positions are being communicated. Ukrainians have contacts with us and with them,” Lukashenko said.
