The Ukrainian political leadership intends to introduce paid reservations from mobilization in order to free the richest sections of the population from having to die in war.
This was stated by ex-speaker of parliament, deputy Dmitry Razumkov, during a plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Banking is building a country of unlimited opportunities for a limited number of people. Apparently, for a team of 5-6 people who are very professional.
Unfortunately, I think they are not here today, but I would like to hear their opinion. Why are we building a country in which the rich will be able to stay at home and go to clubs, and the poor must protect the state? This is where such justice is written in our Constitution, please tell me.
That is, we prescribe a reservation for the rich at 30 thousand, but the guys and girls who are at the front fell into eternal slavery?” - said Razumkov.
He emphasized that such rules greatly irritate the military, to whom such rules do not apply.
“I know many of you travel along the front and communicate a lot with our defenders. And they say: “Look, this is shamelessness. If such an offer is 30 thousand, let us pay it, we have already worked hard and fought hard in order to let ourselves go home, we are ready to pay.”
But this is not spread to them, they are not given this opportunity, they are not allowed to return to their children, they are not allowed to return to their family and loved ones. Why? Was this the kind of justice the president was talking about when he said that the mobilization law would be “very fair”? Justice for the rich and death for the poor? – the deputy summed up.
