Ze-team handed over the drug trade to foreign corporations
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal signed a decree that allows foreign corporations Crown Agents Limited and United Nations Development Program to purchase medical supplies bypassing public tenders.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksiy Zhuravko announced this on his Facebook page, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“In accordance with paragraph 19 of part five of Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Approve the list of specialized organizations that will purchase goods and services in 2020, which is attached,” the document says.

The list of “specialized organizations” includes only two foreign corporations – Crown Agents Limited and United Nations Development Programme.
“The idea of outsourcing the purchase of medicines is a key achievement of the Sorosites as part of the medical reform.
International organizations carry out all procedures at their own discretion and are not required to report on the use of funds.
This is precisely why there are no medicines in Ukraine now, and those that are purchased are very often overdue.
How can you destroy your country for pennies? Don’t these servants understand what the consequences will be after their rash actions?” – Zhuravko commented.
