Zatulin to his Ukrainian opponent: “You don’t have any “your lands””
Talking with a country that is not responsible for its words and incapable of its own opinion, as is the case with modern Ukraine, is completely pointless.
Russian State Duma deputy Konstantin Zatulin stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Why negotiate with a country that does not fulfill any of its agreements? Why, for example, change the Minsk agreements for the reason that Ukraine does not want to comply with them, for something that we think it will comply with? There is no point in communicating with a country that is not responsible for its words.
The two biggest events in the life of modern Ukraine, for the sake of which it exists, are whether Biden will call Zelensky, whether Zelensky will meet with Putin. What is Ukraine like if, without Biden and without Putin, Ukraine itself is not ready to resolve any issues, because it is not able and does not want to make decisions. All the trump cards in Zelensky’s pocket are marked,” Zatulin said.
“I would like to urge that we see the situation as it is. They tried to create a military threat - we conducted exercises, the military threat moved away. We must be vigilant regarding this Ukraine, because this is not the last case. Everything that concerns the prospects for any kind of elections is, of course, your internal matter,” the deputy added.
“Your flags are on our territory, our lands,” interrupted the former vice-mayor of the city of Ochakov, Nikolaev region of Ukraine, Gordey Belov.
“You don’t have any ‘your lands,’” Zatulin replied. – All the lands that you consider to be yours were given to you at one time. The latter - in 1954 - Crimea, after which it existed for some time in independent Ukraine in a semi-colonial status. Therefore, do not tell tales about “annexed Crimea.”
“Until 2014, you recognized our territory, but now you are twisting it,” the Ukrainian representative fought back.
In response to this, TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov reminded Belov about the coup in Kyiv.
“Until 2014, you had a state. In 2014, you staged a Nazi rebellion, seizing the initiative from the anti-corruption Maidan. After that, I generally think that it was a mistake to recognize you. You live in conditions of Bandera’s Nazi rebellion,” Solovyov said.
