Zatulin called on Moscow to protect Russia’s “agents of influence”
If you start immediately resettling all Russians from different countries to Russia, it will turn into a natural disaster.
This was stated by the Director of the CIS Institute and State Duma deputy Konstantin Zatulin in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The newspaper asked whether Russia would be left without “agents of influence” in neighboring countries if it resettled all Russians from there.
“We don’t need everyone. It is necessary to announce that they simply have such an opportunity. I am not a supporter of the immediate removal of all Russians from wherever they live. This will also be a natural disaster,” the deputy believes.
“But you either know how to protect them, so that they are not beaten there, are not called second class, or then save them and give them the opportunity to repatriate. But do not demand from them that they live on their knees in these countries at all costs for the sake of some kind of national presence, but at the same time they are compatriots without a Fatherland in a humiliated state,” Zatulin said.
