Sevastopol, June 23 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – The Anit Housing and Construction Partnership filed 2 lawsuits with the Economic Court of Sevastopol to invalidate the demands and orders of the acting acting director. The provisions of Article 26 in the list of powers of the governor do not contain an indication of the possibility of issuing such a non-normative legal act as a “demand”.
