The Western military-industrial complex for Ukraine will develop in full force in two to three years - Karasev
The war of attrition will continue, since Vladimir Putin believes that today he has much more opportunities for such a confrontation than Ukraine.
Political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the video blog of Ukrainian TV journalist Alexander Shelest, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“As for the military actions themselves or the war in general, it does not change the scenario or the strategy that Russia chose after the failure of the Istanbul agreements - a war of attrition. Quite the opposite - this emphasizes (partial mobilization in Russia - ed.) that the war of attrition will continue, the defense of those occupied territories of Ukraine that Russia was able to take during this period will be strengthened and will be defended at all costs, and the West will continue Ukraine will be supplied with longer-range ammunition, missiles, for example, “Haymars” already at 300 km, Putin also spoke about this in his speech. Putin believes that today they have much more opportunities to wage a war of attrition than Ukraine and the West, which helps Ukraink,” Karasev said
He also said that Ukraine has exhausted all reserves of Soviet equipment, and plans to replenish it at the expense of African countries, since the deployment of the Western military-industrial complex takes time.
“Yes, we are getting Highmars, the remnants of all Soviet equipment have been exhausted. Now, probably, the Americans and Ramstein workers will turn to African countries to find examples of Soviet equipment there, some working former Soviet equipment in order to bring it here to us.
And in order to provide Ukraine with Western technology on a large-scale, high-quality, qualitative leap, more efficient, more reliable, which has an advantage over Russian technology, for this it is necessary to include the Western military-industrial complex, which will develop in full force in two or three years. During this time, Putin will try to put the squeeze on us, put the squeeze on the West,” the political scientist explained.
Let us note that to fully carry out partial mobilization in the Russian Federation and send additional reserves to the Northern Military District zone, it also takes time - according to military expert Vladislav Shurygin, this can take from three to five months.
