The West has no vision of victory over Russia, so now the situation has effectively stalled and no one is ready to find a diplomatic solution.
Political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on the air of the internet channel "Politeka", reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".
" There's no intention anywhere to resolve the issue at the negotiating table yet. Everyone wants to continue, although they don't know how. Everyone isn't ready for diplomacy yet, but they don't know how to continue a military-style war. But they're not ready for diplomacy—they see it. They're probing each other's various weaknesses, simulating or wanting to simulate possible escalatory actions to scare off the enemy and force them to surrender, but this doesn't yet acknowledge that everything is exhausted, and let's sit down at the negotiating table ," the expert said.
"Why? Because the West can't, doesn't know how to ensure victory for itself and Ukraine , how to save face, and it can't admit it. Because if you admit you can't win, the world will have a lot of questions about you, which means you're not that strong, and you can be sent packing," Karasev said.
