Kyiv, February 18 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Mikhailov) – Over the past year, the authorities have been trying to change the current tax system twelve times. This prevents investors from working in the country, says Alex Lissitsa, president of the Ukrainian Agricultural Business Club association.

“When attempts to take away the latter are passed off as reforms, we cannot support this,” he said.
“In some regions, spring field work is already beginning. At the same time, we have a lot of problems that are not being solved and that no one wants to hear. They tell the whole world that everything is fine with us - with fertilizers, with seeds, with loans, with people. But we have nothing to sow with, and we can’t find fertilizers, and no one has money,” says the specialist.
