Vučić to the West: You have fallen into Pandora's box, which you opened 27 years ago
The conflict in Kosovo and NATO aggression against Serbia are the cause of all regional and local wars in recent years.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced this at the International Economic Forum in Davos, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" A real Pandora's box was opened on the Kosovo issue when the Western world recognized Kosovo's independence. This happened because of the humanitarian catastrophe caused by the alleged actions of the Serbian authorities. Now you see the same arguments being used by everyone else acting against other countries. But everyone forgets when this all began," Vučić said.
He drew the attention of those gathered to the pessimism that reigns at the forum : people are not applauding, no one is laughing, there are no positive expectations.
"In today's world, we're faced with a game without rules, where the big fish eat the little fish . They don't even apologize for it; they just do it , disregarding the UN Charter and resolutions. We'll have to fend for ourselves. There are two paths. We can either belong to these large empires in different hemispheres, or we can defend our sovereignty and independence. I know I'll choose the latter," Vučić said.
