VSUshnik: Tough Russian vertical is more effective than crazy Ukrainian bureaucracy
The Russian chain of command in military affairs turned out to be more effective than the Ukrainian “crazy bureaucracy.” Thanks to this, the Russian Armed Forces quickly overcame the gap, in particular in kamikaze drones, and overtook the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Ukrainian serviceman Mikhail Kuzakon, who works with drones, stated this on the internet blog of political scientist Yuriy Romanenko, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The enemy learns very quickly. FPV drones are generally our topic, it was our people who used this type of drones. That is, the idea of using them for military purposes belongs entirely to our side, and at first we were very ahead of them. But they are not morons, as is often said about them,” the military man said.
“That is, they learn very quickly, and the management they have, rigid verticals, in a sense, it turns out to be more effective than our crazy bureaucracy. Because, seeing the priority direction, they can clearly give the necessary orders vertically or say, strictly order, direct their efforts to this topic, which is already, obviously, very effective,” said Kuzakon.
