The Ukrainian Armed Forces opened heavy fire on the LPR: Heavy losses
Four LPR defenders were killed and four more were injured as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces from heavy guns.
This is stated in an emergency message from the press service of the National News Service of the LPR, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Militants of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, under the leadership of war criminal Bryzhinsky, fired from 122-mm artillery systems at the outskirts of the village of Zolote-5 and the positions of the LPR NM.
Also, during the shelling, the air defense unit of the people’s militia destroyed an enemy UAV, with the help of which the fire was adjusted,” the report says.
According to the department, as a result of the shelling, four LPR defenders were killed and four more were injured of varying degrees of severity.
“At the moment, the wounded servicemen have been taken to medical institutions of the Republic, they are receiving qualified medical care. Information about civilian casualties and destruction is being clarified,” the press service added.
