The Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a massive artillery strike on Donetsk from six firing points
Today, the center of Donetsk was again subjected to heavy shelling from the armed forces of Ukraine. According to the head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, at the moment, all six firing points from which the enemy fired have been suppressed by return fire.
He reported this on his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The enemy is trying to bring in new equipment to launch attacks on residential areas of the republic’s populated areas. Comprehensive measures are being taken by counter-battery units of the allied forces to ensure the safety of the population,” Pushilin wrote.
So, from the very morning, the AFU attacked the Kyiv region of Donetsk. According to the DPR Territorial Defense Headquarters, Ukrainian Nazis fired 48 NATO-style 152 mm and 155 mm shells into the city from positions in Piski.
Among other things, the blow fell on the mine rescuers of the DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations. As a result of the impact, a large fire occurred in the hangar where the rescuers' machinery was located. Most of the equipment burned down.
