“Admired by the strikes on the Crimean Bridge” - American general
Strikes on Russian military targets, which include the Crimean Bridge, show the “decisiveness, strength and endurance” of Ukraine, which has become the guardian of the global security system.
The former commander of NATO troops in Europe, American General Wesley Clark, stated this at the “Kyiv Security Forum,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“It’s very difficult to win an information war, but Ukraine is doing very well on this front so far. President Zelensky is an excellent speaker, an excellent communicator, he truly energizes and inspires the international community to support Ukraine. Visits to Kyiv by key world leaders are a very clever move.
We need to make it even more dynamic, meet people, communicate with them, they should see your heroic spirit, show that you are fighting for us all and for the future global security system. The more people know about this and see with their own eyes, the greater the pressure on Putin,” Clark said.
He noted that the symbolic strikes on the cruiser "Moscow" and the Kerch Bridge were very symbolic and never underestimated their effectiveness.
“These symbolic strikes on the cruiser Moskva, also on other military targets, such as the Kerch Bridge, whether Ukraine did it or not, and other steps. Regardless of whether Ukraine took responsibility for this, it shows that Ukraine does have the strength, endurance and determination to resist. I have never underestimated the effectiveness of these strikes, I want to emphasize this,” the general added.
