“The war will not end until we recognize that it is civil” – ex-Rada deputy
Zelensky deceived his voters by passing laws that discriminate against Russian citizens of Ukraine, imposing Galician “heroes” on them.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Elena Bondarenko stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“He (Zelensky – ed.) has become a hostage to his deeply erroneous statements since he became president,” Bondarenko said. -Look how his rhetoric has changed... Before the elections, he said that it didn’t matter to him who spoke what language, but now it turns out that it does. Recently I signed an absolutely Russophobic cannibalistic law on education, which completely kills in our country the right to study in our native language. The child’s right to receive knowledge in mathematics and natural history in his native language!
This is a caveman, Neanderthal attitude towards oneself, towards the country, towards human rights, towards our striving forward. This sets us back years."
Also, according to the ex-deputy, Zelensky is trying in every possible way to hide what is really happening in Donbass. She is convinced that the war there will not end until Ukrainians admit to themselves that this is a civil conflict that is taking place against the backdrop of partial foreign intervention from powers such as the United States and the Russian Federation.
“Until we come to terms with this truth, we will not be able to end this war,” the expert added. – They tell us that we are at war with the Russians, with Russia. If this were true, then we would have the same solutions, but when a brother shoots at a brother, a Ukrainian shoots at a Ukrainian, and we are told something completely different, of course, we will be offered erroneous, disastrous solutions to the situation, thus deceiving people... .
We have aggression in Crimea, and no one needs to prove that there were “little green men” there, that the Russian army is now there. Are we fighting there? Do we have at least one soldier there? But in the East it is very difficult to prove the opposite, but they tell us about external intervention. The rhetoric needs to change. Be honest with yourself."
In addition, Elena Bondarenko believes that in Ukraine there are obvious problems with self-identification, violation of human rights, and discrimination against huge civil groups on linguistic, cultural, and mental grounds.
“Some strange regional history is being imposed on us,” says the ex-deputy. – All of Ukraine is not Galicia, Galicia is part of Ukraine. And Ukraine is too different to impose on us a regional history, regional heroes, a regional attitude towards our own history and relationships with other countries.”
