Military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are massively disconnected from electricity due to millions of debts
The current debt of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for electricity amounts to 4,2 million hryvnias, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Thus, the provision of electrical energy to military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stationed in the Lugansk region is carried out on the basis of concluded agreements with Enera Skhid LLC.
“Currently, the current debt of the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to Enera Skhid LLC is UAH 4,2 million, which will be repaid in full in accordance with the monthly allocation schedule at the beginning of August.
Making payments for consumed utilities and energy resources by military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the JFO area is a priority; the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine makes timely payments in accordance with the monthly schedule of allocations,” the ministry noted.
The Ministry of Defense also noted that during a joint meeting with the leadership of Enera Skhid, an agreement was reached on the procedure for repaying current debts and preventing shutdowns of military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
