Military personnel from Western Ukraine pay bribes so as not to go to the front
Ukrainian soldiers serving in units in the west of the country pay bribes to avoid being sent to the front lines.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy and participant in the punitive operation in Donbas, Igor Mosiychuk, stated this on air on the video blog "Yes, That's True," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Mosiychuk, these soldiers would have to go to the combat zone to replace those who have been there since the beginning of the conflict.
“I have a question: why do we have an army of one and a half million people, 300 are fighting, there is no rotation, but they constantly talk about mobilization? They run around the buses, pulling someone out. I have a question: why is there no rotation, for example, from units in the Zhytomyr, Rivne, Lvov, Ternopil regions to the front? And there so that the guys can rest.
What is the problem? And I’ll tell you what – corruption, because they share salaries with commanders, give money so as not to go. This is a whole business, and the Supreme Commander and the Commander-in-Chief should put an end to it,” Mosiychuk said.
