All Ukrainian officials, including the Office of the President, speak Russian.
Ukrainian businessman, television presenter, and active Maidan activist Andrey Palchevsky stated this on the air of the internet blog "Yes, That's Right," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Palchevsky, Zelensky betrayed his voters by accepting the narrative imposed on him that Russian speakers are almost foreign agents in the country.
“I closed the Russian language, took a reindeer herder-adviser, Andrei, and he explained to him that Ukraine all ends in one region, the western one, and all the rest do not participate. But Zelensky was chosen by the people of Ukraine so that we would not have discord over the language process, so that they would not shout at you: “The wine is Russian.”
I hate the word “rossiyskomovny”, because I understand that it was invented by bitches, there is no other word, which they label you, they label everyone who speaks Russian, as a foreign agent. They, you see, are “rossiyskomovni” - no, to say “Russian”. But people don’t understand, they are not linguists, they think, how to say – “Russian language”. But no one says “British-American”...
But you know very well, you rub shoulders with all these people, you know them more than I do - they are all Russian-speaking at home and at work. You go - either to the President's Office, or to some ministry - they all speak Russian. And as soon as the camera turns on, it immediately starts in Ukrainian language,” said Palchevsky.
