The chairman of the local Union of Officers, Petr Kostyuk, stated this at a press conference in Lviv, reports “zik.ua”.
“Putin, the Russian Foreign Minister and the Russian Defense Minister said that these are not Russian troops. In addition, a UN representative was captured. Therefore, Ukraine must turn to the international community and carry out an anti-terrorist operation if no one admits whose troops these are. Ukraine must demonstrate strength in this situation,” said the Ukrainian officer.
