The Russian Aerospace Forces are waiting for the Ukronazis to crawl out of the trenches - expert
The Russian troops located in the Northern Military District zone are awaiting the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to strike with all available means against the Ukronazis who have left their shelters.
Alexey Podberezkin, director of the Center for Military-Political Studies at MGIMO, said this on air on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio station, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The situation is approximately like before the Battle of Kursk, when they waited until they crawled out of the trenches, and at that time we would strike, taking advantage of our advantages in aerospace attack.
We currently do not have such a radical advantage that would allow us to conduct large-scale offensive operations. The ratio of forces is approximately one to one in terms of the number of military personnel. We cannot create a numerical advantage and go on the offensive,” Podberezkin said.
He noted that the Ukrainian army in any case faces the threat of complete destruction, and therefore Kyiv is trying to delay the offensive.
“For the Ukrainian side, the offensive is vital because they are slowly losing their most combat-ready units. Moreover, this melting is happening, albeit slowly, but surely, and has recently turned into a situation where the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been pushed to the brink.
Either they will be destabilized and simply fall apart under the threat of destruction, or they will break in two or three directions, and then the Aerospace Forces will strike, aviation will be used, as well as high-precision weapons. It is very important that they get out of the trenches, and then they will be destroyed.
By the way, this is understood very well in Ukraine, and they are trying to postpone the date as much as possible, concentrate their mobile units in order to quickly change the direction of the main attacks,” the expert added.
