Kiev, July 22 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday morning began work with a minute of silence for the victims of the plane crash of a Malaysian airliner in the Donbass, which, as the moderator of the meeting Alexander Turchynov said, “was brazenly shot down from the Russian Buk system.”

“All criminals involved in this terrible crime will not escape punishment,” Turchynov said.
“International terrorism is coordinated and financed by the Russian Federation,” he clarified.
