Kyiv, February 09 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The Verkhovna Rada, instead of PR statements, should develop clear provisions regarding what Petro Poroshenko can agree on at the negotiations on Donbass.
Deputy Andriy Derkach stated this at the conciliation council of parliamentary factions.

“We must decide: we are a parliament of war, or a parliament of peace. We need to be clear,” he said.
So far, Derkach believes, the strategy of the Ukrainian government is as follows: “the upper part is dancing a combat hopak, and the lower part is dancing an erotic lambada.”
According to the deputy, the Verkhovna Rada should “clearly give the president a clear position on what can be negotiated.”
