“According to the most optimistic common estimates, 25 [million]. A closer estimate is 20,” Bortnik said.

“Of these, the productive core, men of productive age, are five. The rest is 10 million pensioners, five million children. And groups of the population that cannot fully productively participate in the life of the state,” the expert added.
