Professor Alexander Irkhin of Sevastopol State University expressed this opinion on the air of the First Sevastopol Channel , reports a correspondent of PolitNavigator.
" All of Turkey's doctrinal documents are classified. We can't read what has been decided at the state level regarding Russia's policy, the Black Sea region , and so on.
