A criminal case has been opened in Sevastopol regarding the transfer of a land plot in Chersonesos to DST "Golden Fleece"
Sevastopol, December 23 (PolitNavigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – In Sevastopol, based on materials from the prosecutor’s office, a criminal case has been initiated regarding the transfer of especially valuable lands to the DST “Golden Fleece” of the National Reserve “Tavrichesky Chersonese”.

It has been established that, in accordance with the General Plan of Sevastopol, the lands allocated to the members of the dacha partnership are part of the territory of the Tauride Chersonese National Park and belong to the category of especially valuable historical and cultural lands.
The specified land plot was allocated by the City Council for construction on the basis of conclusions issued by officials of the Chersonese Tauride NZ, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the City State Administration, as well as the Department of the State Committee for Land of Ukraine in Sevastopol. Data were obtained indicating the illegality of the actions of these persons, as a result of which the unlawful transfer of part of the protected area into the ownership of individuals was allowed.
Based on the inspection materials sent by the prosecutor's office to the investigative authorities for criminal prosecution, a criminal case was initiated under Part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code (fraud committed on an especially large scale).
Simultaneously with the initiation of a criminal case, at the initiative of the city prosecutor's office and investigative authorities, the Nakhimovsky District Court of Sevastopol issued a resolution to seize the disputed land plots and prohibit registration actions in relation to them.
