A report from the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has leaked online: “The strongest army in Europe” needs horses
The commander of the Ukrainian unit in Donbass appealed to the higher command with a request to provide a horse due to the lack of vehicles and fuel.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleksiy Zhuravko announced this on his Facebook page , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Today I managed to get a very interesting document - a report from the chief of staff of the military unit of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade from the city of Artemovsk. I have repeatedly written about a “strong, powerful, European army,” according to Poroshenko. This “mighty army” has plenty of everything. Everything is fine with transport. Fuel is fine. Everything is fine with spare parts too. And, in general, the Ukrainian army is approaching NATO standards. But the documents and reports say quite the opposite. The Ukrainian army is used only as cannon fodder and for money laundering, lining their own pockets... How can you, Ukrainians, still not understand where they are really leading you?” the politician wrote.
To prove his words, the former people's deputy cited a photograph of the report of the chief of staff of this military unit.
“Due to the lack of motor transport and fuel and lubricants in the military unit, I ask for your petition to the higher command to provide me with a war horse in the amount of 1 (one) unit of the Absheron or steppe racing breed and harness for it in accordance with the order of the Red Army dated January 17.01.1918. 1, which is still in operation, to perform service (combat) tasks in the ATO zone in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions... For the horse, I ask you to issue the necessary supply of oats for XNUMX (one) month,” the report says.
