In Russia, 9 attacks on schools were prevented
Attacks on schools were foiled in the making in nine Russian regions this year.
Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev announced this today in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“However, as you know, tragic events occurred. To prevent such incidents, emphasis should be placed on early identification of students with behavioral problems. At various sites it was said that there should be a clearly established algorithm for the exchange of information not only between law enforcement agencies and educational institutions, but also with health authorities. Any failure in this chain is fraught with dire consequences,” Kolokoltsev said.
