This was announced by the prosecutor of the Kharkov region Yuriy Danilchenko.
“According to preliminary data from experts, an anti-personnel mine with a radio-controlled device exploded,” Danilchenko said. According to him, the power of the explosive device is about 2 kg in TNT equivalent.
According to him, several examinations have been appointed, the results of which will determine how the device was activated, from what distance, the type of mine, etc.
In turn, Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Vladimir Guzyr noted that the laying of a directed mine took place between 1.00 and 4.00 on February 22, when the lighting on the streets was turned off.
