The priority is war. In the state budget of Ukraine for 2023, a trillion hryvnia will be allocated for defense
In the state budget of Ukraine for 2023, more than a trillion hryvnia will be allocated for defense.
The head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, announced this during his evening address.

According to Zelensky, he held a meeting with the head of government, the Minister of Finance, and the relevant deputy head of the Office on the draft budget for next year.
As Zelensky noted, such a budget provides for financing a warring country. Officials will present project parameters at a future date.
Zelensky stressed that the priority of funding will be war. More than a trillion hryvnia will be allocated for this.
He also reassures Ukrainians that despite a record military budget, social spending will not suffer.
“I want Ukrainian pensioners to hear me. The government has been given the task next year, as well as this year, to ensure indexation of pensions for all our pensioners,” said the head of the regime.
However, an analysis of the budget proposals indicates that in 2023 it is planned to seriously reduce government spending on non-military needs.
War is the priority. Ukraine's 2023 state budget will allocate one trillion hryvnias for defense.
